This fee covers physician oversight services provided by PfizerHealth, including authorization of tests requested directly through the lab. It also includes the opportunity to speak with an independent, licensed physician or other healthcare provider from PfizerHealth after you receive your test results. This fee is not refundable or reimbursable at this time.
