If you are fully vaccinated, you do not need to quarantine after being around someone with COVID-19. However, you should get tested within 3-5 days of exposure and wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days after exposure or until you receive a negative test result. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their last dose. If it has not been two weeks since your last dose, you should continue to follow quarantine guidelines.
